The Castroviejo is the classic microsurgical needle holder: a spring handle that opens on its own, a light grip and fine jaws that hold small needles steady for precise, rotational suturing.
With three lengths, four tip widths, straight or curved jaws and a choice of locking or non-locking handles, there is a configuration for nearly every microvascular, ophthalmic, plastic and neurosurgical need.
