A Wiggins original: a five-instrument set built for minimally invasive dural repair, with a curved needle holder, a locking version, straight and angled tissue forceps and a knot pusher, in a dedicated sterilization tray. Available as the full set or piece by piece.
MIS Dural Repair Kit
Description
Repairing a dural tear through a tubular retractor is one of the most awkward jobs in spine surgery. Standard instruments are too short, too straight and too bulky to throw a stitch at the bottom of a narrow corridor.
This set was designed for that corridor. The curved needle holders reach the tear and present the needle at a working angle; the straight and angled tissue forceps hold the edges without tearing further; and the knot pusher seats each throw where your fingers cannot go.
Order the whole set with its tray, or replace a single instrument. Every piece is made to be reprocessed and returns to the same tray it came from.
