MIS Suction Tubes

Suction is the instrument in your non-dominant hand for most of the case, so it is worth getting right. Through a tubular retractor it has a second job as well: it is often what holds tissue back while the other hand works.

Four diameters cover the range, all with a 130mm working distance. The 8Fr (2.5mm) and 10Fr (2.6mm) keep a tight corridor clear without crowding it; the 12Fr (3.9mm) is the general-purpose choice; the 14Fr (4.6mm) moves volume when there is bleeding to stay ahead of.

The lumen is the part your sterile processing department worries about, and our proprietary ceramic coating helps: bioburden releases more readily from a coated surface than a bare one, which makes brushing and flushing more reliable. The same coating cuts the glare a polished tube throws back under bright tubular illumination.

Built to be reprocessed and returned to the set rather than discarded.
