MIS Bayonet Dissectors
This is the group of instruments you reach for between the bigger steps: feeling for a plane, freeing a root, checking a pedicle wall, lifting tissue clear before something sharper goes in.
The bayonet shaft keeps your hand out of the sightline down the tube, which matters most with exactly these instruments, because dissecting is the part of the case where you are looking hardest.
The set covers dissectors in the Penfield style, nerve hooks and micro nerve hooks for working around a root, and short and long probe balls for palpating bone. Each comes straight, right and left, so the instrument suits your side of the table and the anatomy in front of you rather than forcing you to reach across.
Our proprietary ceramic coating releases bioburden readily in reprocessing and does not throw microscope light back at you.
