Endoscopic Kerrison Rongeur

Working down a tube changes what a Kerrison needs to be. The shaft has to reach the bone without the handle fouling the port, and the profile has to stay slim enough that the instrument does not become the thing blocking your view.

These are built for that. Shafts of 10″, 12″ and 14″ reach through standard endoscopic and tubular ports to the lateral recess, and the slim profile leaves room to see past the instrument while you work.

That matters clinically, not just ergonomically. In lumbar stenosis, limited visualization is what pushes surgeons into removing more facet than they intended, and more facet removed means more instability to worry about later. An instrument that lets you see what you are biting is an instrument that lets you take less.

Bites of 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm cover the usual decompression work. Black non-glare coating throughout, and made to be reprocessed and serviced like every Wiggins Kerrison.
