Ebner Economy Detachable Kerrison Rongeur

Description

Ebner Economy Detachable Kerrison Rongeur

Not every tray needs the top of the line. Sometimes what a department needs is a solid, dependable Kerrison that does the job right every single case and doesn’t break the budget doing it. That’s the Ebner Economy.

It’s made in Germany from surgical stainless steel, and it comes apart for cleaning just like our premium detachable Kerrisons, so your sterile processing team can see and brush every surface. What we left off is the black coating. The Economy comes in a plain satin stainless finish, which keeps the price down without cutting corners where it counts.

One configuration, done well: an 8″ shaft with a thin footplate, in 1mm, 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and 5mm bites. The thin footplate slides under bone and ligament where a standard plate would have to lever a space open first, which makes it a good everyday choice for decompression work.

If you’re outfitting a new surgery center, building backup sets or replacing worn instruments across a department, the Economy lets you put a real German Kerrison on every tray.
