Detachable Spurling Kerrison Rongeur
This is our Spurling, the big handled Kerrison, built to come apart. It has the same longer handle, the same long jaw travel and the same 16mm opening, so you still get one bite where a standard Kerrison needs three, and your hand does a good deal less work on a long decompression.
The difference shows up after the case. The shaft separates from the handle, so your reprocessing team can see and clean every surface, and it goes back together with the same tight alignment it left the bench with.

Like every Wiggins Kerrison, it wears our black non glare coating, it is hand finished before it ships, and it is built to be serviced and resharpened for years rather than replaced.
